I have some bad news for everyone: I will not be able to train this Monday due to work commitments (like last week). However, I don't want everyone to lose motivation simply because the Chosen One will not be there - keep training hard!
Well it's official, Glen has a target on his back. Apparently, he has only got Roger to 'master' as Roger is the only person to tap him out so far this year. Seems he's not only supremely confident, but also somewhat abscent minded. I see a D'arce choke coming his way!
His logic appears to be: "He hasn't tapped me out, ergo I am better than he is!"

Do you have a crystal ball Aaron? armbar at 3min 42sec? How specific is that! Tim Sylvia will bore his way to another decision, and 'earn' himself the title.
